As the second half of the year is upon us, it’s still important to incorporate some technical work into your training sessions. Some of the older teams will be looking to gear up for finals which is great, but there still needs to be an influence and focus on some technical work.
All levels of players need some development work of their skills throughout the year. This goes through from tackers to senior players.
We encourage you to mix in some of the below activities and lesson plans into your training sessions in the second half of the year.
