Registration to a Vida Footy Package

On completion of this form, your footy club or school will receive the following.

One year of Vida Footy subscription to our online platform
Master Class sessions as per your selected option
Team Training Sessions as per your membership
Club manuals as per your membership
An email to the primary club contact with all payment options.
Log-in details for all coaches will be processed and email directly.
An email from Vida Footy outlining all information about the program and what to look forward to and what is included in your package.
